Break from reality
This was a picture from yesterday, my mid afternoon break from the hospital. It felt so good to just laugh and smile with my girls, and clearly they were enjoying it too!Tthe last 5 days have been overwhelming, but I also have much to be grateful for. Although it feels as though I need to spend time sorting through alll the emotions and thoughts, for now I am just grateful to be able to smile at these furry faces and the reminder of how peaceful it is hanging out in the present moment.
